These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pinpointneedlepoint.com (the "Site") and your purchases from Pinpoint Needlepoint LLC ("Pinpoint Needlepoint," "we," "us," or "our"), a Mississippi limited liability company. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our products

We sell hand painted needlepoint canvases, needlepoint accessories, gift cards, and digital needlepoint charts.

  • Every canvas is painted by hand and stitch painted on Zweigart mono canvas, with sewn edges and a needle included. Because each canvas is painted by hand, slight variations in color and detail from the product photos are normal and are part of the character of a hand painted piece — they are not defects.
  • Threads and fibers are not included. Our products are canvases and accessories, not kits, unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
  • Products labeled "Boo-Boo" are seconds with paint defects. They are described and priced as seconds and are sold as-is.
  • Digital charts are delivered as PDF files by email after checkout. They are for the buyer's personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced for distribution.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout through Shopify.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order — including for pricing or inventory errors — with a full refund of any amount paid for the canceled items.
  • If a product's price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a refund.
  • Pre-orders: some products are offered as pre-orders with estimated ship dates on the product page. Message us to cancel a pre-order before it ships.

3. Custom canvases

Custom canvas orders begin with a conversation: email your idea or photo to pinpointndlpt@gmail.com, and we will confirm the design details and the price with you before you order. A custom canvas is painted to order based on the details we confirm together.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • In-stock canvases generally ship within one week of ordering. Shipping is free on orders over $100; orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delays in transit are outside our control.

5. Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, including digital charts and Boo-Boo seconds.

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us at pinpointndlpt@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable only at pinpointneedlepoint.com, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are the buyer's responsibility once delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

7. Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are approved individually and wholesale orders are subject to the wholesale terms shown at ordering, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

8. Shopping through third parties and AI assistants

You may reach our products and place orders through third-party services, marketplaces, and AI shopping assistants (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Shop, Meta AI, and Muse). Orders placed through those channels are orders with Pinpoint Needlepoint and are governed by these Terms, including our shipping and returns policies. Product information shown by a third-party service may not reflect the most current price or availability; the details at checkout govern.

9. Intellectual property

Our canvas designs, artwork, logo, and Site content are the property of Pinpoint Needlepoint LLC or its licensors. Buying a canvas or chart gives you the physical item or a personal-use copy — it does not transfer any right to reproduce, copy, or resell our designs.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, use it for any unlawful purpose, or place orders through automated means in a way that disrupts the Site or other customers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pinpoint Needlepoint's liability for any claim arising from the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
